LPD will spend all of 2020 burning cash waiting for the LOI with BASF.

LPD might be out of cash by July 2020.

Perhaps another CR might be needed.

GXY sold down 30 million shares in LPD recently.

GXY might keep selling down who knows they had to write off a massive loss last year.

LPD is on the short sellers radar.

No revenue forecasted until a P1 is constructed & IMO that will be at least 3 years away.

Risky investment strategy IMO (check the background of Desert Lion).

No financing for a P1.

Timelines have been pushed back for years & continue to be pushed back.

IMO shareholder cash will be wasted looking for gold in Namibia.

Low market sentiment in the lithium sector.

The board hasn't made any "on market" stock buys for the last 3 years. IMO buying = confidence

Lithium price has fallen over the last year.

IMO much more dilution is coming for shareholders.

IMO a JV will be needed to get this off the ground but no one has signed up yet.

LPD has given Acuity 230 million shares to sell into any buying to raise funds.

IMO lots of time, work, risk & funding issues to get this off the ground.

Have to deal with bureaucracy with multiple governments on multiple continents (please research political parties & policies in Namibia surrounding the operations of mines there.)

IMO LPD needs to operate in unstable parts of the world both economically, financially & physically.

Perhaps too much geopolitical risks?

Uncertainty around, the never before operation, of a P1 plant if it's built?

That's just off the top of my head, I'm sure I've missed many more.
