I picture it like this - you got married, settled down, popped out a couple of kids (it was the thing to do right), decided to rent, car financed, 2nd car financed, avg comfortable job....10 years gone and guess what ----> goodbye sunshine, goodbye dreams....the way you hoped it would go, it never did...the chances you should have taken, you slipped up.
Facts are ---> YOU can't afford a property because of the choices you made in life....different choices, different outcomes...now you're stubbornly negative, full of bad karma and low-self belief....not a good combination by any means.
