icarus, serious question....
You have been a holder of this stock in the distant past according to your disclosure.

The issues that you keep going on about now were issues then, but then the company was in a downtrend and now it’s not.

so my question is this... were you negligent in your DD in the past, sold out and now playing the savour role for any unsuspecting newbie, just pissed off that you sold out at a loss, had a falling out with Ted because he sees things differently to you, or something else ?

it’s a serious question... I hold, morally don’t agree with Ted who I think is an arrogant SOB, put still think the company is in the cusp of profitability, growth, maybe even greatness....
