After viewing Giles' interview, once, i immediately went to the written transcript to check if my jetlagged ears had heard it wrong. But no, there it was........
"......and we've got another one, which is called the AIXTRON G4, which will come online during the course of this calendar year."
Well, what can one say to that??
Firstly, he's talking about 'a tool' - actually BLG have many of them. Most of them are grossly overpaid.......
Secondly, we have gone from a 'early 2020' operational date which was advised to the market at the AGM on the 20/11/2019, to a 'calendar year 2020' timeline, which to me clearly means at least 2nd half CY20, within 3 months, with ABSOLUTELY NO EXPLANATION AS TO WHY....
@awg801 as you're clearly closer to the company than most on the blg threads here on HC, can you please explain to me how and why this NEW delay has come about, and also provide me with your take on the complete contempt for current shareholders shown by Giles & the company, in not providing some background around this particular matter?
This means they essentially got through the AGM on a lie. Does Giles truly believe he can simply record an interview with FNN, publish it to market and not be held accountable for the previous, miss-information at the AGM??
Additionally, of course whilst i know it was cleverly published as an 'OPERATIONAL UPDATE', this is also clearly the reason for Giles not mentioning ANYTHING about the woeful state of the sp atm, and/or what forces are at play in this regard.....
I'd like to know our new Chairman's (James Walker) views on all this. Greater accountability needed here, James, pronto!!!
