However crystalballing, might see an initial expression of interest announced, I could imagine a MoU followed by a due diligence period/consultants stuff, from some unheard of mob from O/S and just recently registered and probably in the British Virgin Islands. Then both teams partnering a percentage each into another set up company also coincidentally listed in the BVI or similar. .
Hence will never see the drill bit spinning on this project helium

Might be good enough for them to kick the can/>time decay appears to be a useful tool in the teams business model. So may get another funds raise away for a wee bit of paper work and company Administration cost to carry them over to at least the NT wet season begins again next year.
Then chat for say about 9 months regarding securing a drill rig etc, so by then the 2022 wet starts and so on....
