Just want to get Poster's thoughts on what is meant by, using Snowy66's wording and it was also touted when GXY sought a partner(SDV) previously, with AT at the helm.

ie "they will only go ahead if they consider it to be a good deal that recognises the quality and life of the project and also that they bring something else to the table besides dollars as in skills, knowledge etc"

I'm asking what exactly is skills, knowledge meaning? and what part would it play with the project or other?

GXY have defined a streamlined process for the Brine? and have outlined S1 into S2 etc

Again I point out that the skills, knowledge was a big point with AT when discussing a potential Partner?
So what is it they need or want?
