My question to Matt is very simple.
☛ How do you explain the accumulation of shares for our new registered substantial holder, Citicorp Nominees Pty Ltd?
Citicorp held 2,146,689 FPOs as per top 20 dated 14/8/2008 and miraculously jumped to 12,718,404 as per Form 603 dated 19/9/2008, an increase of 10,571,715.
Taking into account a three day settlement period prior to 14/8/2008 and 19/9/2008, a total of 6,520,447 shares were traded.
If Citicorp purchased all of the above FPOs, we have some 4 million they must have acquired via an off-market transfer and more than likely from another substantial holder.
☛ WHEN?
☛ WHERE?
☛ WHO?
☛ WHY?
I've invested in a public not private company. ☹
