Pfs will not happen until the result come out from that 20kl of brine. But with breakthrough funding this method, it is more likely the method will work. They had lab production test and 5000l replica on processing which i think is the demonstration to breakthrough fund manager that settled this deal. Although gates himself might not do much research into this method and accept this investment on good will. His fund manager and analysts are definitely the top notch in their area.
