The Board of Zeehan Zinc announces that it has received an approach from a third party that may or may not lead to an offer being made for the Company. Discussions are at an early stage and are subject to due diligence. A further announcement will be made in due course as appropriate. There can be no certainty that an offer will be made nor as to the terms on which any offer might be made.
Could BSM be the third party.
