Originally he was down as being a director but an announcement has since been made that he his on his bike and will not be on the board.
I would suggest it will be very difficult for him to service again in a public company, but you never now with these type characters. Hide as thick as a rhinoceros - they just carry on as if nothing had happened.
For me, I will certainly be watching any company that I invested in - making sure his name does not appear in any shape or form
