If there were funds in trust and binding contracts between parties that build roads, bridges, barges, railways between countries then these risks will be reduced but I don’t believe the DFS will have these appendixes. Therefore it remains a paper wishlist. The WA miners did not have these risks with their DFS. The market won’t take a DFS as a holy grail. We saw that the WA miners where not able to reach the lofty highs promised in their DFS.
