I emailed SAS in the UK last week about the ASX website saying that the placement offer was withdrawn. Instead of getting an email response with an answer, I was offered a Zoom teleconference with Meir on Sunday. Surprised me as well - (1) that Meir was willing to talk to me and (2) that it was a teleconference on a Sunday.
I asked him why he used a teleconference instead of a phone call like last time. He said it was a more reliable connection that worked better for him wherever he was.
I asked him if he was in the UK or Israel and he said he was in Australia. Sounded like he was in a shopping centre.
I asked to speak to the director of another company I have shares in, and he offered to speak to me on Saturday (yesterday). So, some business does happen on a weekend.
