good article, and some good comments at the end. My rationale is that I think the market is pricing in a 90% chance of bankruptcy, and I'm betting it is more like 50%.
The reason I posted it was as an example of what can go wrong in this arena. We are seeing it with intu in the UK (which is not dissimilar from sci with high quality properties like the Trafford centre. https://www.bbc.com/news/business-51588970
