The old posters on this board should already be aware but to anyone new..

Director skin in the game is very important IMO, and I don't mean just a 20K buy on market order or something LOLworthy like that. (Ala Jason Brewer).

No, actual skin in the game as in very substantial holdings. In addition to Dr Sud & CannVaLate's 20M Shares, here's the other directors holdings that I am aware of. Alistair Pty Ltd is Alistair Blake, former director, Peter Widdows is one of our Non-Exec Directors and also former CEO of Heinz, Alignment Capital is Troy Valentine, the Chairman iirc and Joel Latham is our CEO. AXIM Biotech also holds 10M shares, our partner company in the US that we have first right of refusal towards their products and are using their gum for the Gingivitis Trial. I think I missed one or two other related entities because this topic has been brought up before, if anyone else can remember who else on the Top 20 is a director or affiliated party feel free to reply with who.


Anyways, with Dr Sud/CannVaLate now becoming the 2nd largest and soon to be largest shareholder of IHL (Remember CannVaLate gets 120M total options if they fulfil all of their milestones. So far 20M have been exercised, next in line will be 12M at 0.04, but then...

All of these remaining CannVaLate oppies are at 6c and over. Read between the lines, basically useless if IHL isn't over 14c by the end of 2020.
I'm extremely happy w/ management skin in the game and so should you all. Widdows even iirc put up a lot of his own money to participate in the CR last year at 4c, so no freebies from him.
