Manipulation is too strong a word and I think has legal conotations. Buying support on the other hand is common and widespread practise and serves a good purpose.
More to the point though,...it would be nice to hear that a rig has been secured and is about to start,....but then again ,...this is ICN.

PPS I have toned the whingeing down to a weaker weekly event just to remind those blind ICN followers that evidently nothing is happening.Hopefully I will be proven wrong sometime soon. Maybe Maverick and his associates are working behind the scene to secure funds for a takeover, or maybe he is still working on that EGM. Maybe management has given up on a rig and is negotiating the purchese of some shovels.
