    imo

    You are ignoring
    Cash required and control over trials etc
    licence agreements
    balance sheet etc
    Immunotherapy and others possible breakthroughs
    How difficult and expensive it will to penetrate the market with a new drug on PFS - if successful
    TMZ has been around for decades and used on varying patients over years etc
    imo
    Read Riskys post on short life span as not a cure

    Still early days
    GBM trial does not mean or guarantee commercialisation etc
