Good Morning,

I've been out and missed the morning's activity; do you think the CNX price is being manipulated upwards as well as being capped at the higher end also?

If so, the capper would be a different party I'd guess - otherwise I admit to being very confused.

If somebody can explain what I can't see or the theory behind this propping - as well as capping, I'd be grateful.
