I wondered why SFR would bother with a tiny MC company like PMY, now its a massive head scratcher basically.. the Chinese Government dealing with a company with an 11M MC (why?) unless its to get the camels nose under the tent to get the resource (Well yes) but why not just buy it (A: unscrupulous) or fully fund the project whilst we are going through DFS etc (to run the project into the ground on the PMY side or? or because they dont have a spare 5m?).
Honestly -- what is happening behind the scenes, if it was a joke to try and get project funding before at 25M MC.. how is it feasible at 12MC?
