Again I’m no chartist, just basing this from experience and other readings. Maybe some experts can add or correct me.
The handle usually retraces 20-30% from the top (in our case 49c is the top)
To measure the next target price, just measure the distance between the bottom of the cup and the bottom of the handle, and place that on the breakout level of the handle... and that will be your price target.
