Obviously the SUNS input is even stronger again at the Tropics where majority of the solar input is stored in the oceans to eventually find its way to the polar regions.

Did you read the Wiki?
Why do they divide by 4 for Earth , but by 2 or even 1 for other solar objects?

I will keep pushing this point .
