I considered asking but quickly decided it would be inappropriate for the obvious privacy reasons.
The Macquarie man is Andrew James Downe and the share register name is James Downe. Maybe a different person or the Macquarie man just omitting his middle name.
I am aware that a new individual was accumulating big during the recent lows but do not know the name of the person nor the number of shares they have.
If it is the Macquarie man he would be well versed in insider trader law, so I assume he is at sufficient arm's length from the mezzanine deal.
That arm could be a very grey arm as he would have done his own extensive DD on the company's prospects.
Regardless of who it is, I welcome their support.
