Latest ruling by competition comission ensures that TLS give a competitive margin for its re-sellers. Pretty simple really. Re-sellers, like IIN, SWT , DFT, etc etc are guarenteed a margin as they were before. SO the "latest situation" is that TLS had to LOWER their wholesale price. How exactly do you arrive at a conclusion that a higher margin for re-sellers is going to "break them"? Im curious as to how your backward logic process works.

ahmm they are a much larger company! $70 million in revenue compare to SWT's $18 million. Assets are low as they have all been booked as expenses which is a more conservative way to manage the books..as they were a private company they didnt have to inflate profit by booking expenses as assets. Do you undertsand that?

He is doing a roadshow after easter, organizing the merger and probably not worried about panic merchants on HC. All involved parties are not permitted to trade shares until after merger goes through.

Hi OFL, One major difference tho, Iinet as an early entrant, has had a couple of years lead on all the smaller would be,s, and have the money, this current situation is going to break most of the smaller ASDL providers, SWT have got some major issue,s, one being the obvious bunfight within m/ment, this so called merger( disgraceful backdoor scrip swap) to my mind, is going to prove disastrous, I keep hearing that People are a much larger company who will bring in all this infrastructure, but have only $400k assets, what has happened to SWT, one minute it,s leading the new pack, next it can,t even answer customers queries, and has trouble even keeping its customers connected, and JUST what is GALE doing!!!, c,mon man!, speak up, or is SWT in that much trouble, that you have been muzzled?
