It is disingenuous to compare CORVID-19 to the flu. It is more contagious, thought to be spread by aerosol, not only droplets. It has longer incubation periods, possibly up to 4 weeks, so people are in the community symptom free but contagious longer and has a death rate of about 2%. Those that get seriously ill need intensive care which will overwhelm all nations' health systems. It settles in the chest so patients need days of O2, just that could become impossible to provide.
Keep your eye on Iran where close social contact is the norm and dangerous. In country Australia the norm is to keep more "personal space" than cities and in the heat of the tropics us northerners will be relatively better off. [I hope]
