They have made their choice - I am convinced that 10 years time it will be worth double, not because of the fact that it is property, but well situate, close to City and River. Look forward to helping them renovate and see them gain the satisfaction of achieving their goals.

Penny0 - it would be difficult if the prices were pitched where you said - but they would move further out if need be - but they found a great place at a damn good price - so have the maturity to relent on something. By the way I have made a few posts about how the public purse could help with its policies, even foregoing the temporary benefits of negative gearing. No response I note. All the criticism in the world but few constructive suggesions. You strike me as a knocker for the sake of it.
