@Jazza28 Since you are in the health industry I have a question that your opinion would be helpful on. As you know 1ST were late to the GP game behind HE and Hotdoc and so have focused on other areas (dental, pharmacy, specialist) and found that they had to adjust their model. It strikes me that the in the GP market you can charge a monthly fee as the relationships being created with patients are ongoing (hopefully). In the specialist market it is more about referral fees and not being able to charge a monthly fee. I guess if you go to a specialist you expect to get your problem fixed and then that is it. Same with psychologists. What is your opinion? Do you think IST ought to try to break in further to the GP market by offering it free and only charging referral fees.
