jeami Yes Thanks it dragged out but finally clear...impossible without the financial and emotional support of so many wonderful folk on this forum.. I did take up a legal challenge and lost costs, that was about poor disclosure and explanation from Commsec vs my ignorance of small print and legal savvy.
As for preemption I suppose you mean reading the charts, Thats going OK along with pretty tight stoplosses but Its a long way back and consequently Ive found the additional impatience and temptation to take more risks can backfire pretty swiftly .Didnt stop out on CVI quickly enough recently .So still trading intra week resting mostly in Cash.but thats uncertainty not good management if that makes sense. Trying to start again with under $10k parcels is pretty uphill regards john
