You think the FIRB will reject the stake Tianyi will get in AVZ after letting CATL take a stake in PLS and letting full foreign ownership of some players in the milk industry and port of Darwin and others. Gee FIRB must see good old AVZ as a monopoly threat to Australian producers and the global economy if it were to reject the proposal. This will be a tick and flick like the other 99.999% of proposals that go before the FIRB.
