Think that the big issue is that the last update - now three months and a bit away - stated " a few weeks" for a result - and we may remember that pushed the SP up to 20 cents at the time and kept it there for a few weeks.
A more realistic statement of time would have worked better. What has happened is that after three months, SH have begun to just believe it was a fluff announcement and also many got spooked into thinking that it may never happen.
