Ahhhh yes, sorry, I was reading the table and did not scroll down far enough, so RIO was the buyer.

However, my friend just told me this:

0n the 18th at 13:29:35 MacQuarie securities bought 3 mill EXT for their client (RIO) and paid $1 per share.

Also at 14:23:00 there was a cross trade from BBY to BBY for 1 million at $1

When you look at how many RIO bought on that day, 3,996,863 you know the 3 mill came through MAQ but the question is did they buy the other 996,863 through BBY?

I can only conclude that the announcement by Geiger is a misprint. All the transaction records show a sale at $1

I hope they are forced to put out another announcement to clear it up.
