Hope you said in your first post

"Centro Properties has negative net assets of $238 million"
I don't understand as in the last result they said NTA is 0.69 which doesn't include services business. how come in annual report they have negative net asset now."


What I was trying to point out was that you were looking at negative net assets from Centro Properties and nta from Centro Properties Limited and controlled entities . If you look at the net assets for centro properties and controlled entities they are positive, and the nta is $0.69.
If you look at net assets for Centro Properties ,which is what you did, the net assets are($238321) and the nta is negative
You were comparing net assets of Centro Properties with nta of Centro Properties limited and controlled entities.
