Seriously, where do you get the "$100M company" tag from?

If its the post PTL acquisition m'cap, then you are really pricing PTL at upwards of $65m, vs the $34.5M valuation included in the pro-forma acocunts.

That suggests SWT being diluted too much in orer to accommodate PTL.

There is a lot of water still to flow under the bridge before the merger occurs.

Then, but not now, that may become the case.
