I don't beleive there is any cause for concern. have not heard anything untoward so far. As most posters are saying it is a time for patience. Oil will come, only a matter of time.
This is not to say I think that this is the best they could have done. Far from it. A lot of questions should be asked and I suspect probably will be. I would not be suprised if a few heads roll too.
