Ann: Response to Aware Query, page-43

It appears that the ASX wanted to know when the 18/2 info became available because of the big price rise leading up to it. It would have been standard procedure to send an 'aware' letter in a case like this.

The company response was that it was 15/2.

I don't think that the ASX would be satisfied with that answer.

One interpretation of the SP rise is that it resulted from buying in anticipation of this announcement. What other interpretations are there?
