Ann: TER: Further Acceptances Received, page-35

Last year TER first half results came out on 28.02.19.
I have a feeling that TER won't want the 31.12.19 half year results
released before the offer period finishes on about 12.03.20.
UNV shareholders need to see the figures to know what
the audited (reviewed) figures for the half year are.
The takeover documents (prospectus format) showed the 2019
full year result as a profit of more than $21m whereas the audited
financial statements showed a loss of I think $18m pre-tax credit
or $11m post tax credit (future tax benefit - HUH - I don't think so)
What a laugh being offered shares in this swamp of a company
in exchange for my pristine UNV shares.
It's time to drain the swamp.
