I am pretty sure it's 5% of the capital raised, which was $20 million - 5% fee (1mil) = $19 mil? otherwise it's such an odd number to CR. Regarding whether or not we have missed out on getting more shares at 80c, remaining to be seen. SP could always go below 80c if the coronavirus continue to spread and cause havoc around the world. I don't think anyone know how this will pan out. Although my take is that sooner or later we are going to have a treatment and vaccine by the end of this year.
