So what needs to be clarified is as at 5 Feb, NSX gets a letter from ASX about concerns about their ongoing viability.

Cash in bank at end of quarter of $3,297,000 with cash outgoings this quarter of $1,415,000. Nearly half gone in a quarter.

So without the $4.2 mil raise NSX would be out of cash by Q3 this year.

Now the ClearPay piece (which hasn't been developed yet), NSX will have to pay ClearPay (ISX) $3.2 mil for 41% stake initially then potentially another $1.3 mil for a further 9% stake - so the $4.2 mil raised at $0.145 is in one door and out the other. So NSX back to square one. But the second amount ($1.3mil) is reliant on another capital raise of $3.8 mil. Food for thought!!
