hey snakedance - not ASX fault, just doing their job to discourage insider trading. They have algos that pick up unusual price moves that are combined with large volumes but in absence of any recent ASX announcement by the company. But another way to view a speeding ticket is as an opportunity for the company in its response - to highlight why people were climbing into the stock - sometimes referred to as a 'free kick'. But not to worry, ARD is very highly leveraged to the price of silver - both directions. Games are constantly played with it and gold, but like silvermarc and others, I personally believe the offenders will ultimately lose control and brought to justice. Dont know when.
