MKY's total salary bill for the year was around $485K - I'm over the moon with that. Go and look at the balance sheet of 99% of ASX listed stock and you'll find that that $485K is what each director earns, times that by 6 or more - prime example is WMT......read that one and WEEP.

Directors are required to have a minium number of meetings per year. It doesn't mean, in the case of MKY, they only worked 4 days each and were paid a total of $485K
