People with deep pockets are smart and that’s why they end up with deep pockets.
Looks like CHM directors love to end up with deep pockets but don’t have the brain. Best option for them is to gamble with somebody else's money just incase miraculously they end up with some money.
We all know there aint such a thing as miracle ;)
