nobody can call a market bottom, no one can - those that have in the past have done so by accident, the bottom may have occurred you can only tell after some time later
some believed that the market did not bottom in march 2003 and kept calling for a "real" bottom
you are kidding yourself if think you or anyone else knows when a bottom or top has occurred - if you can't do some buying now you never will
