It seems to me that your entire analysis is based on an old wall street quote (when there is blood on the streets). You don't know the true debt position, not aware of any of the restoration obligations, the debt repayment schedule or anything outside of there being"blood in the street".... clown... at least some of the other guys that were long this pilel of crap did some real work on the stock.

Pile in mate, if i can get more stock loan tomorrow I'll make sure you get a "good" price.
