    Is Wenkart not just miffed that he wasn't invited to the Pulse party by Mangles (his ex employee) or Landa (his Partner in President Private) and sees an opportunity to deal himself in and make a point. The pulse model is unproven and neither James nor Mangles has a track record of delivering.
