Very strong wording in the report, almost bordering on "its a given" or a "no brainer" that the CE Mark will be granted.
If the CE Mark is not granted, there may be the threat of class actions against OSL for misleading shareholders, given the wording of today's report.
I notice they are no longer are they using wording such a a decision is imminent.
Lets hope for good news soon so all this anxiety can lay to rest.
