If you could not control everything, FMS could not do so too. It is power of market sentiment. You could not fight with it when it is in extreme. Who can fight against it?
US government and congress have been forced to fight each other by this financial tsunami. How coud you expect FMS do?
However November the election will be in days to start(just based on the memory). US government and congress have to get a comprosing plan to save the financial system or at least to make the system stable.
One month is long time for market sentiment change. Who knows what it will be? However it should have more chances to be good enough.
It is the IO and market sentiment will change its course sooner or later.
