BOW also has near term prospects with oil. Some additional advantages of BOW are:

-it has the controlling interest in Don Juan
-it doesn't have QGC as a shareholder
-it has the better management

These are quite subjective but as a former VPE holder I can't stress the importance of the third point enough. VPE share price has been going nowhere for years despite some exploration success. If it weren't for QGC buying they would probably still be 14c. Having QGC on your register does nothing but limit your options for the longer term imo..

I like Ron Prefontaine's style and believe he's capable and driven enough to turn BOW into a major player.
