This should be the last report for higher losses, as stated it was one-off expenses for expansion.
"Reported loss before tax adjusted for the following one-off
expense items:
– Acquisition costs in relation to Spotcap and PartPay.
– 100% amortisation of the PartPay brand on rebranding to Zip.
– Warrants vesting to Amazon Australia on signing the Amazon
agreement. The remaining warrants to vest over Ȃ years from
award date, based on the achievement of performance hurdles."
