With KALAHARI & the Instos & Major s/hds holding
roughly 76% of the company, and growing daily, and also
Kalahari offering us 1.6 shares for every EXT held.

RIO will have no alternative ( in the long term ) but
to offer us heaps of cash.
With IDA DOME resource drilling nearing completion, and
with a JORC res of 25 million Ibs already, and with a
completed jorc res for IDA DOME of somwhere between
50 to 60 million Ibs, and with ROSSING SOUTH"S JORC RES
to be released in the first qtr of 2009 of around about
150,million Ibs, and I believe that to be a very
conservative amount of U, put them both together and
you start to realise the enormity of this companies
potential.

In saying that, EXT- KALAHARI will have only drilled
6 kilometre"s of a 15 kilometre strike of the resource
and that is not giving any consideration to the other
resources we have.

So the longer we hold out the better, IMHO the offer by
next june will be around the $10 mark, and make no
mistake some of the biggest s/hs, have held out before
on a previous t/o, if I remember correctly i think it
was uramin, they were originally offered $1 billion
by holding out the final offer was $2.2 billion.
In stating that the Rossing Sth resource is going to
a lot larger than that previous t/o.

As I said before, hold out until the offer is somewhere
in the vicinity of $10 per share.

with your holding of 20,000 shares, and the offer of 1.6
shares from kalahari, that will leave you with a holding
32,000 shares, so you can see by holding and not
selling into the market or accepting a low offer from
RIO, your s/holding is going to be quite valuable.

If I have made a mistake on naming Uramin, I apologise
Lord Elphus knows whom i am reffering to.

So if I were you, I would tell all my family and friends
about our company, and encourage them to buy shares, I
have and they are still buying when they have spare cash.

I plan to retire after the t/o,and do a little investing
as a hobby.
