so 27/3 id date to file defense and Arena have had to place $25k into a trust account for costs.

Busy 30 days for NXE to get a defense in and $25k if eventually proven arena is frivolous won't cover costs etc.

Meanwhile hasn't all NXE cash gone to Regius?

Oh yep - let me guess they will on a consultancy basis fund case against Arena?

To be a fly on the wall and know the truth- even to understand if arena is bluffing and just so pissed they are making NXE life hell or if they really feel hard done by?

Hope someone can waste a few lazy days in WA in the future if this case ever gets past mediation and gets heard in full detail a open court and not just agreed facts for judge to decide on.
