the forecasting for R&D looks low as they spent $2.2m on R&D last quarter, they don't have consistent R&D payments its lumpy
look at the december 4c the R&D payment was net of a $1.5m rebate from the french government, plus the ~$700k they also spent on R&D
i'd say raising a lazy $10m is harder than it sounds
