Mistyrains, my views rarely differ from yours but as my previous leader post implies I dont believe a good leader is often a loner. I can see that a leader like all humans will feel alone at times but if the person is a good leader that should be an exception. In leading or considering issues, inward reflection is a normal part of the process but ultimately good leadership decisions are usually those where the team is clearly on board with you.
However, just because I say the above doesnt mean that I am right.
